Border guards of Kazakhstan detained a citizen of Kyrgyzstan near Karkyra pasture in Issyk-Kul region. Deputy Akyl Tumonbaev announced at a parliamentary session.
According to him, the resident of Tyup district grazed cattle.
«According to information received, he was detained and taken away by Kazakh border guards,» he said.
The Speaker of the Parliament instructed the Border Service to clarify the information.
