President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov inspected a new Hemodialysis Center located in Karakol, Issyk-Kul region of the republic. Press service of the head of state reported.
As the Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliev stated, the number of patients suffering from renal failure is growing every year, and the previously purchased devices are outdated. The new Hemodialysis Center in Karakol, built by a private company, will be able to serve up to 70 patients a day.
Sadyr Japarov noted the important role of this project, stressing that the opening of such dialysis centers, in particular in the regions of the country, will provide the population with access to timely and high-quality medical care, and will also improve the quality of services provided to citizens. He talked with the hospital staff, asked about the problems. He told about plans to increase wages of medical workers next year, which should also have a beneficial effect on the human resources potential of domestic medicine.
The President noted that there are all conditions for this, because at present the funds that were previously plundered through corruption schemes are turned into state revenue. At the expense of these funds, the size of pensions, benefits and salaries is increased, as well as the defense capability of the republic is being strengthened.
Sadyr Japarov also instructed to develop design estimates for a new regional hospital, the construction of which in Issyk-Kul region will be considered in 2022. He also handed over the keys to an ambulance for the needs of the Issyk-Kul Regional Combined Hospital, which, among other things, will serve the patients of the Hemodialysis Center.
In total, the head of state donated eight ambulances to the health care system for regional hospitals.
