First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Arzybek Kozhoshev met with protesters near the Government House in Bishkek. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
Arzybek Kozhoshev listened to the arguments and proposals of citizens, told about the importance of introduction of new approaches in the country’s fiscal policy. The protesters handed him an appeal addressed to the President Sadyr Japarov.
The official noted that following the consideration of the appeal, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce would hold a meeting with entrepreneurs, where all the issues would be discussed.
About 80 people held the rally today. They oppose the mandatory installation of cash registers.
Earlier it was reported that sellers of Dordoi Dyikan market also held a rally. They also oppose introduction of cash registers. According to them, after the installation of cash registers, entrepreneurs will be forced to raise prices for their goods.
