Two young men tried to jump from a nine-story unfinished building in Tokmak city. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
A message that two men were trying to commit suicide in an unfinished residential building on Zhantaev St. was received on December 14 at about 3.00 p.m.
Four rescuers arrived at the scene. The 24-year-olds came down on their own.
