Center for Electronic Interaction Tunduk state enterprise was reorganized and became a part of Infocom state enterprise. The Ministry of Digital Development of Kyrgyzstan reported.
It is Infocom that realizes such projects as a unified system of identification and authorization, the state portal of electronic services, the state system of electronic messages and the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction Tunduk. All services within these projects are provided in full.
«To date, more than 10 state bodies and legal organizations are connected to the Tunduk system. Meetings with credit unions are held to promptly resolve emerging issues of connection to the system. Work is underway to update the names of the reorganized state bodies and legal organizations; a standard agreement and technical requirements for the operation of the system have been approved,» the department said.
Connection of portals to the unified system of identification and authorization, consultative work during authorization, incorrect operation (elimination of errors) are underway; the issue of integration with other systems of Infocom for authorization of foreigners is being worked out.
«At the initiative of the Ministry of Finance, the process of connecting banking and financial-credit organizations to the portal of electronic services Tunduk has been launched. When applying for banking services, citizens can receive all the necessary certificates and documents from government agencies locally with the help of bank operators. Citizens do not need to personally apply and collect certificates to receive a particular banking service. To date, five commercial banks and financial institutions have connected to the portal of state electronic services through the Face ID service and have provided 682 services to clients,» the statement says.
In November 2021, more than 850 services were provided to citizens via Face ID in public service centers, more than 28,090 visitors were recorded on the portal.
The state system of electronic messages has been created and integrated with the state portal of electronic services. It allows to send appeals to authorities (state and municipal), monitor the status of consideration of sent appeals in the «History of appeals» section.
Information on the operation of the Tunduk system will be posted on the Infocom state enterprise’s website with all the necessary documentation for connection in the near future.
