The Gapar Aitiev Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts in Bishkek hosts a photo exhibition «Worries and Hopes of People of Kyrgyzstan».
The photo project was prepared by a journalist Guliza Urustambek kyzy.
The exhibition is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country’s independence. The photo project tells about people from the regions who, despite the difficulties, do what they love.
The project includes shots from the life of a miner, paramedic, forensic expert, border guard, huntsman caring for leopards.
This is the first exhibition of the photojournalist Guliza Urustambek kyzy. Her photo projects are regularly published by such foreign news agencies as Anadolu (Turkey) and Getty Images (photo agency, USA).
The project was implemented in cooperation with IDEA CA and financial support of Soros Foundation — Kyrgyzstan.
