Relatives are searching for the leader of Ordo party Mirbek Miyarov for the second day. Member of the Political Council of the party, Mirlan Mamytov, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, police joined the search last night. They arrived at the headquarters of the political association and took explanatory reports from its members.
«I was the last who saw Mirbek Miyarov. He voted, I filmed the process, and he asked to publish it. Then he left in his car. There were no prerequisites for his disappearance. He was alone, there were no bodyguards accompanying him. Perhaps, if he knew that this would happen, he would not have walked alone. We have different versions. He did not contact the members of an organized crime group, so we cannot say that they could have kidnapped him. The State Committee for National Security also denies his detention. We thought that he had been taken for interrogation, so we did not contact the police. The police started an investigation into the fact after the publication in the media about his disappearance,» Mirlan Mamytov told.
He also added that the police officers came to Mirbek Miyarov’s home and got a statement from his family.
The leader of Ordo party went missing on November 28 at about 3.00 p.m. after voting in the parliamentary elections.
