Preliminary results: Six parties overcome 5 percent threshold in Kyrgyzstan

Voting has ended in Kyrgyzstan. As of 8.30 p.m., according to the data presented on the portal of the election information system, six parties have overcome the five percent threshold.

These are the following political organizations:

  • Ata Zhurt Kyrgyzstan — 14.73 percent;
  • Ishenim — 12.1 percent;
  • Yntymak — 10.98 percent;
  • Alliance — 7.40 percent;
  • Butun Kyrgyzstan — 5.89 percent;
  • Yiman Nuru — 5.65 percent.

In total, 21 parties took part in the elections in the single electoral district:

  • Ata Meken;
  • Butun Kyrgyzstan;
  • Alliance;
  • Legalize;
  • Yiman Nuru;
  • Kuchtuu region;
  • Liberal Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan Bagyt;
  • Yntymak;
  • Ishenim;

  • Green Party of Kyrgyzstan;
  • Zhashasyn Kyrgyzstan;
  • Social Democrats;
  • Aruuzat — El Kutu;

Elections of deputies of the seventh convocation of the Parliament have ended in Kyrgyzstan. The electoral system was changed in the country, so there will be 90 deputies instead of 120. As a result, 54 deputies of the Parliament are elected according to the proportional system (open lists of candidates of political parties) in the single electoral district, 36 deputies — according to the majority system in single-mandate constituencies.
