Supporters of one of parties detained in Moscow for violation of public order

Supporters of Butun Kyrgyzstan party were detained in Moscow for organizing unauthorized rally and violation of public order on November 18 in Moscow. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

«According to the information of the Russian internal affairs bodies, several dozen supporters of Butun Kyrgyzstan party, who are natives of Kyrgyzstan, organized a car and foot march with party attributes and shouting political slogans, thereby disrupting public order and movement of vehicles on the roadway. The incident caused a number of appeals from concerned residents of the Russian capital to the Moscow Department of the Interior Ministry with a request to take action,» the statement says.

An administrative material was drawn up against the organizer of the march Emil Bekiev under the article «Violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a meeting, rally, demonstration, march or picketing». Administrative materials have also been drawn up in relation to the rest of the participants. Violations of the migration legislation of Russia were revealed when checking the documents of three detainees.

According to the decision of the Moscow District Court, seven citizens of Kyrgyzstan were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of arrest for a period of 10 days. Seven more participants of the march were fined 20,000 rubles by the same court.

The organizer of the march, Bekiev, was found guilty of violation of public order and traffic rules and sentenced to 15 days of arrest.
