«I want to say right away that all the issues on modernization of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, which we discussed with Alexey Overchuk, have been removed from the agenda,» the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov said at a meeting with the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin.

According to him, the Kyrgyz side is pleased that strategic partnership is developing consistently and fruitfully between the countries, and diverse ties are expanding. At the same time, Akylbek Japarov expressed hope for a personal visit of Mikhail Mishustin to Bishkek.

«I hope that RKDF will work even better in the future and will make its contribution to increasing the turnover between our two countries. I would like to introduce Arzybek Kozhoshev, my first deputy. He will work together with Alexey Ovechuk. He worked with me for a long time in the Ministry of Finance, headed the Ministry of Economy, the State Agency for Financial Supervision. I hope that the two of them will be able to fulfill the tasks that you have just set — and we will set them together with you in the future,» Akylbek Japarov said.

The head of the Cabinet said that the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan are going on in a rather calm atmosphere, as never before. He is sure that this is due to the fact that the president decided that the government should only organize the elections, but not to take direct part in these political battles.

«As the prime minister and the head of the administration, I am doing everything possible in this direction to ensure equal conditions, not to politicize the situation. I expect that on November 28 observers from the EAEU and CIS countries will be able to confirm this, and we will be able to hold these elections on time and normally. We are working in this direction now,» the head of the Cabinet assured.

Akylbek Japarov asked Russia to allocate 30,000 cash registers of new generation.

«We buy 19,000 of them, 1,000 have already been delivered from Russia, that is, by the end of the year we would like to have 50,000 working cash registers with fiscal data operators. We have already launched more than 16,000 of them. I think that digitalization, fiscalization will help us double the revenue side next year. At least, the president has set such a task for the current government,» he concluded.
