«Work of the Cabinet of Ministers is based on five principles that we will consider as fundamental: the unity of the people, territorial integrity, family values, tax evasion is equated with treason, support and protection of external and internal investors,» the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Arzybek Kozhoshev said at a meeting on implementation of the program for development of Batken region for 2021-2035.
He said that at least 500 million soms would be provided for the implementation of various socio-economic projects annually within the program of development of Batken region. To date, 10 million soms have been allocated for implementation of projects in three districts of the region for preparation of design estimates.
Participants of the meeting also discussed issues of construction of irrigation facilities, highways, documentation of ethnic Kyrgyz, transformation of land plots in border areas, as well as compensation for damage to residents of the region.
Arzybek Kozhoshev, following the meeting, gave a number of instructions to state and local authorities.
