Director of State Agency for Civil Service Affairs appointed in Kyrgyzstan

Elchibek Dzhantaev was appointed a Director of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Government Affairs. Press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

The decree was signed by Sadyr Japarov.

By another document, Abdyrakhman Mamataliev was relieved of his post as Director of the State Personnel Service.

Elchibek Dzhantaev was born on September 8, 1973 in Ak-Chiy village of Issyk-Kul region. He has a degree in accounting, analysis and audit.

He began his career in 2002 as a statistician-economist at Ak-Chiy village administration, which he headed in 2009.

2013-2014 — Chairman of the local council;

2014-2018 — First Deputy Head of Ak-Suu district;

2018-2020 — Head of Tyup district administration;

2020 — Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government in Issyk-Kul region.

Previously, he was the Director of the State Agency for Regional Development under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.
