Government agencies were instructed to reduce the price of coal in the secondary market, that is, for the end consumer. Director of the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation Keneshbai Tailakov announced today at a press conference.
According to him, a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers was held on the issue of the passage of the autumn-winter period. The situation on the coal market was also discussed there.
«An order was given to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation, and Kyrgyzkomur to stabilize the situation. We will step up our work in this direction,» Keneshbai Tailakov told.
At the same time, 329 violations have been detected since the beginning of the state regulation of coal prices in the country. At least 80 orders were issued and fines were imposed for overpricing.
