From today on, Kyrgyzstanis can apply for study at higher education institutions of Russia. The Russian Center for Science and Culture reports.
According to the center, the opportunity to become a student is free within the quota established by the government of the Russian Federation.
Applicants wishing to study in Russia can submit applications online until February 20, 2021. The service will provide a completely transparent selection process.
