The son of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of Kyrgyzstan in Batken region, Alisher Abdyrakhmanov, was detained in Moscow. Law enforcement agencies informed 24.kg news agency.
Aziz Orozbaev is suspected of fraud. According to some reports, earlier the man was put on the international wanted list.
