Suspect of fraud for $ 45,000 was detained in Bishkek. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktyabrsky district of the capital reported.

A woman turned to law enforcement agencies and said that an unfamiliar man gained her trust and promised to buy an apartment for her. After receiving $ 45,000, he disappeared.

The fact was registered; pre-trial proceedings under Article 204 «Fraud» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic have begun.

Law enforcement officers detained 28-year-old N.M. and placed in a temporary detention center. The investigation is ongoing.
