Limit on money transfers from Russia to Kyrgyzstan has been increased to 150,000 rubles. The Information Support Department of the Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The issue related to restriction of money transfers was considered at the level of the Prime Ministers of the EAEU member countries in the framework of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in late October at the initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result, Unistream payment system changed conditions for cross-border money transfers to the Kyrgyz Republic. The maximum amount of a money transfer without documentary evidence of sources of origin is 150,000 rubles.
Recall, Russia unilaterally imposed restrictions on money transfers by individuals to Kyrgyzstan in April 2019.
