Servicemen of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan mentioned in a journalistic investigation are wanted. Press service of the state agency reported.
According to results of an internal investigation conducted by the State Border Service on the facts of involvement of military personnel in the dissemination of personal data, they were discharged from job.
«Materials of the investigation were sent to the Military Prosecutor’s Office and were registered. Currently, the supervisory body conducts pre-trial proceedings against the military personnel who are wanted,» the State Border Service said.
Recall, two former border guards are mentioned in the journalistic investigation. They told the media that about 10-15 couriers with money depart from Manas airport daily. Fearing arrest, the servicemen left the country. These border guards believe that the carriers worked under the auspices of the former deputy head of the Customs Service Raiymbek Matraimov.
