The measure of restraint to the former employee of the Ninth Service of the State Committee for National Security Kanat Sagymbaev will also be considered today. As his lawyer Bakytbek uulu Avtandil previously said to 24.kg news agency, his client refuses to answer questions of investigators.
Kanat Sagymbayev is accused of mass riots, abuse of official position, murder by a group of persons and obstruction of the actions of an investigator or other official.
Asel Koduranova and Irina Karamushkina are suspected of involvement in hostage-taking.
