Parliament of Kyrgyzstan discusses the republican budget for 2020 today. The head of the Cabinet, Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev, came to the Parliament.
He raised the issue of scandal around smuggling schemes, about which journalists told in their investigation.
The Prime Minister told the deputies that he had met with the President Sooronbai Jeenbekov. They held a meeting together and gave instructions to the relevant government agencies.
The Government supports citizens’ initiatives to combat the shadow economy.

«You also created a deputy commission. Cabinet is ready to participate in its work, to help. An investigation team was also created; it is working. We are for the people to see: we work openly. We are also interested in the fight against corruption,» he said.
The Prime Minister promised that all checks would be open in order the public can see who was responsible for what.
