A drop in air temperature is expected in Kyrgyzstan on November 27. Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
Air temperature will drop in Chui and Talas valleys at night to −11 degrees, during the day — to −7 ...- 2; in the valley zone of Osh, Jalal-Abad, Batken regions at night to −10 degrees, during the day — to −5 ... 0, in foothill areas at night to −13, during the day — to −9 ...− 4 degrees. In the Issyk-Kul basin, it will expectedly reach −12 degrees at night, and 0 — in daytime, in the east of Issyk-Kul basin and in the agriculture zone of Naryn region at night to −15 ...− 10 degrees, during the day — to −6 ...− 1; in mountain areas at night to −17, in the daytime −5 degrees; in high mountain areas at night to −25 degrees, in the daytime — to −15 ...− 10.
The sharp drop in temperature will complicate agricultural work, grazing and keeping livestock on pastures, work of vehicles, communications, energy and utility enterprises.
On November 27-30, light snow is expected only in some mountain and foothill areas of Osh region. Fog is expected in some areas.
Packed snow, ice is expected on roads. West wind will reach 4-9 meters per second.
Air temperature will rise on December 2-3.
