Youth Center was closed in Belovodskoe village. Residents of the village told 24.kg news agency.
According to them, there is a dance studio, gym and its services are not expensive. The villagers do not know why the building was sealed.
They turned to rural administration and are going to hold a rally. Local authorities, in their turn, explained that the building needed repair, so it was temporarily closed.
