Servicemen of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, who were taken hostage, were released. Ex-head of the Presidential Administration Farid Niyazov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, all six were taken out of Almazbek Atambayev’s house to the State Committee for National Security.
«People released them at the request of Almazbek Atambayev. It is worth noting that SCNS did not give a car, so we provided them with our car,» said Farid Niyazov.
Yesterday night, special forces of the SCNS attempted to detain the former president of the country Almazbek Atambayev in Koi-Tash village. However, the storm failed. Nearly 50 people were taken to hospitals in Bishkek and Chui region. One serviceman of the SCNS Special Forces received a gunshot wound. He died in a hospital.
