Kyrgyzstan asks the CIS countries to look after war graves. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

At the initiative of the Kyrgyz side, the heads of the Foreign Ministries of the CIS countries adopted an appeal about the need to preserve and properly care for military graves and monuments of the Great Patriotic War.

In addition, the parties approved draft documents related to cooperation in the field of basic research, museum work, combating crimes committed using information technology, the draft declaration of the CIS Heads of State in connection with the 80th anniversary of the start of the World War II.

The Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aidarbekov stressed the importance of taking measures to preserve and perpetuate the memory of the courage and heroism of the peoples of the CIS and other countries in the fight against fascism in memory of the heroically died soldiers.
