Second last case of child kidnapping was registered in 2015 in Kyrgyzstan. The Minister of Internal Affairs Kashkar Dzhunushaliev announced today at a meeting of the majority coalition of the Parliament.
According to him, since 2015 there has not been a single case of kidnapping of minors for ransom.
Since 2001, there are 34 missing children who have left home.

It should be noted that the fact of kidnapping of another child was registered in April. On April 4, a seven-year-old boy went missing in Jalal-Abad region. Later, his parents received a text message with a ransom demand. Police officers identified the perpetrator and detained him. It turned out that the man sent the ransom message when the child was already killed.
