At least 6,500 people refuse vaccination in Kyrgyzstan

At least 6,500 people refused antiviral vaccination in Kyrgyzstan. Specialists of the Ministry of Health reported.

According to the ministry, the number of those who do not want to participate in the immunization program has decreased by 1,500 people. Almost 8,000 people refused vaccinations in 2017.

Doctors explain that mostly people do not want to be vaccinated for religious reasons.

Recall, seven fifth-grade students were hospitalized in Batken region as a result of immunization. Six children have already been discharged. The Ministry of Health said that the reaction of schoolchildren to the vaccine was similar to the psycho-emotional one.
