Kyrgyzstanis will repeatedly join Total Dictation campaign. Its official website says.
In 2019, the dictation will be written on April 13 in 80 countries of the world on more than 3,000 sites. In Kyrgyzstan, it will take place in Kant, Kochkor-Ata, Tash-Kumyr, Mailuu-Suu, Tokmak, Nizhne-Chuysk and Dzhany-Dzher.
Total dictation is a voluntary free dictation for those who want to check their literacy level. Traditional sites are universities, schools, libraries, museums and concert halls. The author of the text is a writer Pavel Basinsky.
Kyrgyzstanis have participated in the campaign several times since 2014. Then the only official who wrote the dictation was the ex-Minister of Education Kanat Sadykov. He got С grade for it. In 2015, the then Deputy Prime Minister for Social Affairs Damira Niyazalieva participated in the campaign.
