«We instructed the government to transform 52 hectares of Ak-Sai rural administration as soon as possible so that people could build and cultivate land there. In addition, Ak-Sai village should be granted a special status. People with experience, who representatives of Tajikistan would consider, should be appointed as plenipotentiary representative of the Cabinet in the region, heads of districts, heads of rural administrations,» Iskhak Pirmatov stressed.
The resolution includes issue on speedy resolution of social problems of border areas, immediate completion of construction of Ak-Sai — Tamdyk, Ak-Sai — Ravat, Kok-Tash — Ak-Sai roads, the redeployment of military units of the General Staff from Bishkek suburbs to Batken region, increase in material provision of the border guards.
