Vladimir Putin to return to Bishkek to participate in CSTO, SCO summits

President of Russia Vladimir Putin will return to Bishkek to participate in the CSTO and SCO summits. Daniyar Sydykov, head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan told today at a press conference.

According to him, bilateral relations, alliance with Russia have moved to a new level.

«The strategic partnership has been strengthened, and a solid foundation has been created for further development. One of the important results of the state visit of Vladimir Putin was the decision to declare 2020 the Year of Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation,» said Daniyar Sydykov.

He recalled that following the results of the negotiations, 18 important documents were signed, including a joint statement by the two leaders. «At the end of the visit, Vladimir Putin confirmed his participation in the CSTO and SCO summits, which will be held in Bishkek this year,» Daniyar Sydykov stressed.
