Kyrgyzstan plans to implement digital public administration project

The Eurasian Development Bank, Rusprom JSC and Transcom state enterprise plan to implement a project for creation and development of integrated digital public administration in Kyrgyzstan for state and municipal bodies. Press service of the EDB told 24.kg news agency.

The parties signed a tripartite memorandum today. Within its framework, the EDB will take part in the preparation by Rusprom JSC of a concept, feasibility study, calculations, development of a business plan and the estimated part of the project. The bank will also participate in ensuring long-term investment using the priorities, advantages, benefits and procedures in place in the process of conducting EDB investment activities.

«Transcom will provide technical implementation of the project. In accordance with the agreements reached, the successful outcome of the joint work on the memorandum will be preparation of a comprehensive proposal for implementation of the project, taking into account the funding indications and all the necessary regulatory and economic justifications. The document provides for mutual consultations, joint working meetings, information exchange, and, if necessary, formation of advisory expert groups,» the EDB stressed.
