At least 480,600 people were employed in small and medium businesses in Kyrgyzstan in 2018. The Deputy Minister of Economy Avtandil Alybaev told journalists.
According to him, small and medium businesses account for 38.2 percent of the country’s GDP. In 2018, about 11,356 small and medium-sized enterprises worked in the country, and other 398,100 people have done business.
