Trial of criminal case against ex-deputy chairman of Rosinbank, Andrey Goikhman, ended in Leninsky District Court of Bishkek. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
Recall, Andrey Goikhman was charged with money laundering and tax evasion on a large scale. After detection of suspicious transactions, Rosinbank was fined 6.4 million soms. At the same time, a requirement to change management and impose restrictions on certain types of banking operations was put in.
The court sentenced Andrey Goikhman to nine years in prison. The defendants Emil Musin, Jypara Kosakova, Erkeaiym Isakunova were also found guilty by the court. However, due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, they were not sentenced.
