Sale of children in Bishkek. Two doctors admitted to forgery of documents

Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek continues to hear the criminal case on sale of newborn children.

There are seven people in the dock. Only three of them are under house arrest.

During the trial, the prosecutor read an indictment. The document states that one of the defendants forged a birth certificate for a Russian citizen in 2018.

«A gynecologist of Irida Med medical center contacted the defendant Damira Niyazova and said that a citizen of Russia had given birth to a son at home. The defendant was asked to make a birth certificate. She handed over the document on Alamedin market. It indicated that Svetlana Brykova gave birth to a baby in Kemin district maternity hospital. The defendant has filled in all the necessary columns by hand. The woman sent the documents to Russia through the embassy,» the indictment says.

In addition, according to the investigation, another woman turned to Damira Niyazova. She said that she had given birth to a baby at home; there was no documents for the child.

«Damira Niyazova kept forms of birth certificates at home. She filled them in again by hand and handed them over to her friend,» the indictment states.

Two defendants — Damira Niyazova and Aizada Asanbaeva — admitted their guilt.

Recall, the police detained doctors suspected of sale of children in Bishkek. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, three facts of sale of babies were revealed. Doctors not only sold children, but also helped to make birth certificates for new parents.
