Parliamentary Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security approved candidacies of Ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan, Belgium and Japan. The decision was made at today’s meeting.
Former Ambassador to Tajikistan Miroslav Niyazov was nominated for the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan.
The deputies supported the candidacy of the director of Kyrgyzdipservice Mirlan Arstanbaev to the post of Ambassador to Japan, as well as the candidacy of ex-ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United States and Canada Muktar Jumaliev — to Belgium.
In addition, the committee adopted a new concept of the country’s foreign policy behind closed doors.
