Concept of creation and organization of activities of business service centers for 2019-2022 was approved by a government decree in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
The main tasks of businessman support centers are elimination of direct contacts between entrepreneurs and the state, formation of a transparent system of state regulation of entrepreneurial activities and reduction of expenses of entrepreneurs in obtaining public services and licensing documents.
In addition, they are created to enhance the potential of start-up entrepreneurs, improve technical skills and competencies of small and medium-sized businesses and reduce corruption in obtaining public services, licensing and permitting documents.
«The centers will provide educational, informational, financial and consulting services, as well as public services in issue of licenses and permits,» the report says.
