The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaly Abylgaziev signed a decree, appointing Nurida Baizakova as a Director of the State Procurement Department at the Ministry of Finance. The Information Support Department of the Government of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Earlier, the Prime Minister dismissed the director of the state procurement department, Ulan Ozumbekov, for failing to fulfill instructions on reforming the state procurement system.
