The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia opens a new website for round-the-clock communication with compatriots. The head of the diplomatic mission, Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov, stated at a meeting with representatives of the diaspora living in Moscow and Moscow Oblast.
According to him, the President Sooronbai Jeenbekov instructed him to solve the problems of the compatriots in the Russian Federation as one of the main tasks.
«Our compatriots transfer large sums of money — more than $ 2.5 billion per year. This is a great economic assistance to the country. There are 1.5 million of Kyrgyzstanis in Russia. Therefore, the Embassy creates a new website that will work around the clock and meet the requirements of online communication,» Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov told.
The Ambassador admitted that the lack of information among compatriots was a big problem.
Alikbek Dzhekshenkulov promised the diasporas to meet twice a year, to receive anyone who wishes to discuss topical issues.
