Budgets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Service for Punishment Execution have 590,000 soms to expel foreigners who are serving sentences in prisons of Kyrgyzstan. The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Kursan Asanov announced this today at a meeting of the Parliament.
According to him, 360 foreigners are in prisons of Kyrgyzstan. At least 51 foreigners will be released in 2019, in 2020 — 36. At the same time, Kursan Asanov stressed that there were three types of expulsion of foreigners who have served their sentences — at their own expense, at the expense of the inviting party, at the expense of the state budget (an exceptional case).
«Last year, there was not a single case of expulsion at the expense of an inviting party or at the expense of the budget,» Kursan Asanov told.
