In 2018, office of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan has spent 53.8 million on state procurement, and business management — 40.4 million soms. The state procurement portal says.
Last year, the office of the Parliament held 83 tenders for 109 lots.
At least 16 purchases totaling 1.9 million soms were made through a direct contract with a supplier. About 28 tenders were conducted by the simplified method for 6.7 million soms.
Most of all tenders were held by a one-step method — 39 contests for 45.1 million soms. During the year, the Parliament did not hold a single tender to lower a price.
The parliament’s affairs department conducted 31 tenders, most of the goods and services were purchased for day nursery-kindergarten 172. At least 40.3 million soms were spent on its maintenance.
Only 150,000 soms were spent on the maintenance of the department itself.
