According to him, last year, more than 5 million tourists visited the Republic of Uzbekistan. Compared with 2017, the figure has doubled. In particular, 1 million tourists from Kyrgyzstan visited the neighboring republic.
In 2018, the number of tourists from Kyrgyzstan increased 2.7 times.
«Administrations of border regions, academic, cultural, youth and religious organizations, travel companies actively contact each other. In early April, Termez will host Bakhshi International Arts Festival.
