About 16,278 reports of misconduct and crimes were registered in the Single Register as of January 28. The Prosecutor General of Kyrgyzstan Otkurbek Dzhamshitov said.
According to him, 7,200 crimes from the number are at the pre-trial proceedings stage.
«At least 521 investigators are working on solving the crimes. The State Committee for National Security investigates 664 cases. By the end of January, we will do an analysis of the messages — which of them is a misconduct, and what is a crime. Earlier, law enforcement officers registered offenses in the crime register, which allowed to hide them,» Otkurbek Dzhamshitov told.
