The State Penitentiary Service of Kyrgyzstan owes 28.3 million soms for electricity. Press service of Severelectro company reported.
Compared to the beginning of 2018, the receivables of Severelectro consumers are reduced by 72 million soms, or 9.2 percent. Debt reduction was recorded among all categories of consumers, except for budget-funded organizations and industrial facilities. Over the past year, debts of state-funded organizations increased by 15.1 percent, industrial organizations — by 3.7 percent.
Main part of the sum is the debt of the State Penitentiary Service. In December, the state agency consumed electricity in the amount of 15.2 million soms, paying only 1.3 million soms. As of January 1, the receivables of the State Penitentiary Service to Severelectro amounted to 28.3 million soms excluding penalties.
The state service sent a guarantee letter about payment of debt until the end of January.
