According to the newspaper, the owner of the building, the head of the shoe factory Obuv-NSK and its executive director will appear before the court. According to the investigators, the owner of a non-residential one-story building in Chernorechensky settlement of Iskitim district carried out its reconstruction, but did not put it into operation and did not register it with the territorial executive authorities.
