Protesters who violated public order on Ala-Too square in Bishkek were fined 3,000 soms. Police department of the capital informed 24.kg news agency.
Such measures have been reportedly taken in accordance with the Code of Violations. A conversation on prevention of such incidents was conducted with 21 detainees.
A protest against Chinese expansion took place in Bishkek the day before. Representatives of the protesters were received by the Vice Speaker of the Parliament Mirlan Bakirov. After the protesters did not obey the police, they were dispersed. Some of the protesters were detained.
