The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov signed a decree by which Kadyr Toktogulov was relieved of his post of an Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the United States of America and Canada in conjunction with his residence in the city of Washington. Press service of the head of state reported.
Kadyr Toktogulov became the head of the diplomatic mission in 2014. Prior to that, he was a spokesman for the President Almazbek Atambayev. In April 2018, he received a notice from the parliamentary committee and his report was even intended to be found unsatisfactory.
Bolot Otunbayev, who heads the diplomatic mission of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, may take the post of the Ambassador.
