Improvement of the park named after Heydar Aliyev will begin in 2019. Press service of the Bishkek City Administration reported.
The park area is 5.5 hectares. It is planned to plant green vegetation, pave sidewalks, install benches, outdoor lighting and fountains. The sketch design of the park was approved by the Urban Council.
An Azerbaijani side will engage in the improvement, and it will transfer the park to the city administration.
The green zone is located in the southern part of the city opposite the Victory Park. It was named after Heydar Aliyev in 2012.
