Doctor, who molested a 12-year-old girl, was sentenced to 21 years in a penal colony. The head of the Criminal and Civil Proceedings Department of the Prosecutor’s Office for Chui region of Kyrgyzstan, Nurlan Tagayev, told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Kemin District Court made such a decision. The second instance court upheld this verdict.
«During the trial, the victim stated that the defendant had administered her an injection, after which she was unable to move. Then, according to the girl, the doctor put his hands between her legs. The defendant partially pleaded guilty during a trial in the first instance court, and in the course of the proceedings in the Chui Regional Court withdrew his testimony,» said Nurlan Tagayev.
Duty doctor, physician at Orlovka General Practices Center was accused of raping the 12-year-old girl.
