The City Administration of Bishkek banned issue of certificates for leased land. The press service of the City Administration reported.
Certificates are issued only if an object is built and put into operation on a land plot.
An order for lightweight objects was also set. Certificate can be issued if a construction can be dismantled, and the owner does not have a debt to the mayor’s office for rent.
The City Administration noted that a draft decree introducing a moratorium on the allocation of land on a competitive basis for a period of two years was submitted to the Bishkek City Council.
«In addition, a draft decision on the allocation of land to private ownership through auctions is being developed. It is planned that the allocation of land will be carried out by direct sale, if an object has been built on the leased land, which has retained more than 70 percent of the agreed project,» the City Administration noted.
