Presidential New Year’s party for children is held in Bishkek. More than 1,000 children participate in it. At least 30 best students, winners of competitions and contests were invited to it from each region of the country.
«When selecting children, we chose the best students, activists, participants of competitions, children from socially vulnerable families, orphans and half-orphans,» said Cholpon Kerimaliyeva, a representative of the Education Department of Talas region.
She noted the good organization of the presidential New Year’s party. «We were met on time, accommodated. Children are looked after not only by the organizers, but also by physicians. We are grateful,» representative of the department told.
Naryn region gave more places to the children of the Pamir Kyrgyz, who moved to Kyrgyzstan. Kairinsa Abduvahit kyzy participates in the presidential New Year’s party for the second time. She is an excellent student in all subjects except for the Russian language.
«I love math and English the most. I learned at home in the Pamirs. When we arrived in Naryn, I was placed in the second grade. I quickly caught up with my peers,» Kairinsa told.
A shy Parvina Nurhak kyzy, a student of the first grade, came to the capital for the 1st time. «All the buildings here are tall and beautiful, especially the New Year tree on the square,» she does not hide her surprise, hoping to return to Bishkek again.
Sultan Kanybekov arrived from Balykchi town. He is the president of his school, as well as the youngest activist of Zhalyn organization, which holds various campaigns for the development of his town.
«My parents were very happy, although they are already accustomed to the fact that I participate in various competitions. In the future, I want to become an architect,» Sultan told.
Bayan and Akmaral were excited most of all. They will meet the head of state and will sit side by side. Both of them learn perfectly, Akmaral — at school 12, and Bayan — in Bilimkana private school.
«I was extremely happy when they told me that I would go to the president. I know that our president is Sooronbai Sharipovich,» Bayan Choroev said.
The smallest participant of the party is four-year-old Jamila. She is a dancer of the folk ensemble Dilgir. The talented girl was included in the concert group for the year. Every day she rehearsed with the elder children on stage for a month.
«I’m worried because I’ll perform before the president. I also rehearsed at home,» Jamila said.
