Staff reshuffle took place in the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes of Kyrgyzstan. The press service of the state agency reported.
Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Aaly Kutmanov was appointed the head of the Central Staff of the Operational Work Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes.
From 1993 to 2013, he worked in various positions in the sphere of fight against economic and corruption crimes at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, then — at the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Criminality. From 2017 to November 2018, he served as a senior special agent for particularly important cases of the Department for the Prevention of Criminal Proceeds and Organized Crime Groups of the Criminal Police Service.
Major Nurlan Kazabekov was appointed the head of the Bishkek Department of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes.
From 2005 to 2008, he worked at the Agency for Reorganization of Banks and Debt Restructuring DEBRA, from 2008 to November 2018 — at various posts in the State Committee for National Security.
